Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was on tight schedule. Went to breakfast at 6 and was told not ready- come back later.

Relatively easy to find- right off I-40. Beds were comfortable. Room reasonably clean. Desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Directed me to a great BBQ place about 2 miles away. Breakfast adequate- skipped the Saran-wrapped muffins and went with the waffle- can't go wrong with a Carbone's Waffle and a coffee. Only negative was that I was on a tight schedule and when I went for breakfast at 6AM, was told by night manager it wasn't ready to come back later. The receptionist told us that she felt like crap on a stick. Staff attitude.

Leaky sink, ran out of food, and ants in the room.

First room was infested with ants, then forced to move to smoking room. Smoking room smelled terrible, had a clogged and leaky faucet. Ran out of food and fruit during breakfast.

Very sweet staff, free wireless, nice quiet room, and comfy bed.

No coffee in the room! Remote didn't work well.

This hotel seems family owned, with personal service and friendly staff. The breakfast was okay, the room was nice. I would definitely stay again.
